Shipment was fast and the packaging safe. Customs' declaration described another price and currency than what I paid and they charged me the higher. That's minor. The issue is that the articles WEREN'T NEW as advertised, but used in a library.
With such consumables, such information is critical. "A good price" for "new" LTO-8 cartridges is instantly rendered "a rip-off".
I left neutral feedback to give the benefit of the doubt. Do they know, or re-sell blindly?
