I called this company and we emailed a few times. I asked for a part replacement not a refund! I waited for a month for this part and had to cancel 2 scheduled appointments to have it installed. They kept assuring me that the part was on its way. A month later out of the blue I get a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund I wanted the part. I don't appreciate doing business with incompetent people.
