The problem started with a several day delay in shipping. There was movement once they were contacted. 1 movie went by 2 different titles (not sellers fault). I did the refund and sent it back (and forgot about it), the seller has/had a hold on their mail(?) and there it sat. Until 5/6 when the window for my return closed. So now they have my money and they movie. Feedback is my recourse.
