You MUST Drill it FIRST and use a SCREWDRIVER to install NOT a 40v Drill. Buyer DID NOT do as Instructed and now is angry that the screw is broke off. If you DON'T Know what you are doing, Ask questions, watch a video, or TAKE IT TO A TRAINED LUTHIER. Don't Blame the SCREW and Don't Blame OTHERS for YOUR MISTAKES.
