Main thing is the courier....Hermes/Evri are terrible they did not even try to deliver it on the first attempt as they have done to so many...failed that is! Apparantly the courier is assigned by ebay, so it is ebays fault in the end. The seller refunded me my money so 5 stars for the seller and 0 stars for ebay.
