Repair made worked again when installed but felt little mistake representing shipping said purchase was to include plus shipping assuming to and from. NOT you pay to ship it to them and you pay for them to ship it back to you. Two seperate shipping charges.

Although there isn’t much in communication, they more than make up for it with service, turn around time and so far reliably. The upper oven on my in wall double oven was locking the door and going into cleaning mode burning food. Repair companies told me to just replace it. My son in law recommended this company and I took a shot at it. They saved me or at least postponed for me buying a new double oven for somewhere between $4,000 and 5K. So far so good. Glad I tried this first. Great CO. TY!
