Batter arrived quickly and looked ok. Charged just fine to full, but when put into my camcorders (2 x xa20's and 1 legria H30, all said the battery was unrecognized and they shut down immediately. Don't know if it was just a faulty battery or a systemic problem (bad design), but it charged ok, so ... yeha. Buying batteries on ebay is a minefield ! Did get refund though with no problem, hence the neutral instead of a negative..
