This is the 2nd time this customer has ordered from us and then leaves negative feedback about the stone being small. These, and the prior items, all look exactly like the photos. I just don't think they understand what they are buying, and that's OK. Sometimes it can be difficult to assess what something will look like in real life from some photos on a device. It is my suggestion that this person visit a store in person to familiarize themselves with body jewelry
