    Seems to be kind of a slimy business model. Buy a paper copy of someone else's work, scan it once, print marginal copies, and sell them over and over. There doesn't seem to have been any effort in touching up, tweaking, or clarifying anything. I feel like I've done something very stupid for buying it.
