though the first delivery did not come by 30 April, the Seller kindly offered a priority delivery which arrived eventually with an apology refund, which I think it's very kind and unnecessary.
The bottom line is that my Asrock X99e-ITX has reborn with this little chip and I could not be even happier with this outcome. Thank you for the chip.
