Your order was placed on 28th August and delivered on 29th August. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any notice of the missing bearing until Saturday, 7th September. As our offices are closed over the weekend, we couldn’t respond immediately. However, as soon as we returned on Monday, we offered to send the missing bearing via next-day delivery to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
