They were shipped very fast, and well packaged. These motors were in good condition and work very well. They were Nidec "Servo" brand with built in vibration isolators. Due to the isolators, the exposed drive shaft was shorter than I expected, which made drive gear alignment on my printer a little tricky - I had to reprint the motor mount. But this is not the fault of the motor. Im very happy to get name-brand Japanese motors at a less-than-Chinese-knockoff price!
