See attached chat from seller about how if such a small damage in a 30 year old product bothers me, that I should be liable for mishandling item. I bought what I believed to be an intact item but did not receive as such. Customer damaged goods when opening then changed his mind and said it was damaged in the post, but refused to either submit a claim or provide information for us to do so. To be clear, we do not refund for items damaged by the customer, and we insure against damage in the mail. I have now banned Mr Salter from Mobile from ever shopping with us again.
