    Terrible experience! An expensive item arrived broken, and suspiciously packaged as the broken pieces were missing inside the box. Seller blames shipping - customs handling ... not likely. Now Ebay unable to accept a return as I am in Canada without their DHL service. Bad all round. Seller has gone radio silent. Could not be bothered to connect with me once the EBAY return became impossible and I am out $300.00 for a worthless item. Not happy with this guy and buyer should beware. Never again!

    The item was broken by Customs when they opened the box to inspect the item and dropped it and didn't package it back the way I had it in the box. The customer is accusing me of fowl play. It was not my fault it was dropped and broken by customs. Ebay shows that the return was handled thru them and he was given a full refund. Read all information about selling and buying using eBay International shipping. He needs to contact them about this matter. I was messaged by eBay and told it they handled
