It was completely damaged due to the fact the packaging of the delivery was suitable for the item being delivered. Communication isn’t very well with this person nor remedy the situation. I took it upon myself to purchase the parts needed to repair the lamp and fix it myself cost me an extra $30 to do so instead of re-shipping the item back to the seller
