    The hardware was opened and scattered throughout the shoddily wrapped package. While it doesn't appear that any vital pieces were missing, there were literally parts poking through the cardboard upon delivery and the plastic bag holding the hardware was slashed open. It very well may have been a returned item that was repackaged. I will not use this Seller again.
