However, the seller was very responsive to the situation and provided a return mailing label as well as a full refund. The seller wasn't able to exchange the coffee mug because it was the only one they had. The coffee mug was as described and the value was worth the purchase. I hope they find a replacement soon because, I wouldn't hesitate to make the purchase again! Thank you Treasure Texture!!
