Very disappointing and unprofessional response. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the blame. They shipped a funko with no protection to the original packaging. The exterior USPS box was smashed and crushed the original packaging. They claim it’s not their product. Buyer BEWARE! They sent messages calling us a liar, theyd ruin our reputation, false report us for scam, and left false feedback saying no protection.
