I wrote several times to the seller about returning the ring, but he replied that it cannot be returned and ghosted me afterwards. He also sent me pictures claiming the ring is 14K gold, but I spoke with my jeweler and confirmed that pure 14K gold should have a “585” hallmark. This ring does not have it. The stone did not have any marks when it was mailed. I took it to our local jeweler before posting and was told it was in excellent clean condition. It was packed carefully and wrapped well. The ring is 14K gold. A simple google search will inform you that 14K does not have to be marked 585 and frequently is not. The price of this ring was $500 (the price recommended by my jeweler) but was lowered to accept your offer of $350.
