Limited 180gm, audiophile vinyl LP pressing of this album from the Fab Four comes housed in replicated artwork. "Abbey Road" was the final album recorded by The Beatles. Although it wasn't the last album they released, this 1969 classic is a gem of a way to go out on top. With superior songwriting and some of their best production work, it delivers hits ranging from "Come Together" to "Here Comes the Sun." Plus it has great novelty numbers full of whimsy in the form of "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" and "Octopus's Garden." Other songs such as "Carry that Weight" and "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window" would take on a life of their own. This vinyl pressing contains the 2009 digital remaster of the album, making it sound more vibrant and electrifying than ever before.
