He said he couldn't ship because it rained yesterday. :D Package got lost in the mail and seller didn't want to call and figure out what happened. I pushed him and he relented. Once it was obvious it was lost he promised to give a refund. Ebay told me to file a claim. When I did the seller fought the claim. No refund. Then he got mad and told me I was harassing him. Asking for my money is not harassment.
