If anyone finds this while deciding if it's OK to buy a used Starlink system. Yes, if tested, but the Starlink tech who supported testing an extra system on my account (I've had Starlink since Beta days) didn't advise there are 2 steps to removing it from my account, and the second step (unbinding) does not work online if the system was only used for a short period for testing. I had to open a ticket for Starlink to do it & it took them 5 days to respond.
