    The item is listed as 2021 when in fact they are shipping older models. As you see it also stated 2015, which was also false. The system was a 2014 model and older than dirt. I contacted the sellers immediately and opened a claim as item not as described. I shipped the item back the same day. They received it 3 days ago and still never provided a refund. Horrible customer service, quality of the item was door, value was horrible.

    Well, this has been quite a journey. I ordered this 27” iMac and it arrived with expert packaging. However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.
