      The seller was a fair-minded person so I will definitely give him KUDOS The ink cartridge burst inside the pen and it hardened. You would only know that if you tried to use it. I contacted the seller and he made it right by giving me a partial refund. I am trying to salvage the pen putting it into rubbing alcohol to loosen the ink from the pen. It is the second day. The other pen and pencil were great. Great packaging and fast shipment. Despite the hick-up, a great transaction.
