The parcel got lost by Yodel and both of us tried at both ends, to explain to us what happened. Yodel was not interested at all the parcel went missing. At one point told us both that they never received it at all. Not true showed up on Yodel tracking . To top it off, when the parcel arrived the item was damaged , and box showed that it had been dropped. Ray has tried to claim , but has had no luck to date.
