When I got it it says it was activated in April of this year. I got it end of June/early July. Some of the features do not work. The battery life is not great. I’ve had this same Fitbit in the past and it was a great piece. So I knew how it could be. I am slightly disappointed in my purchase but like I said I haven’t reached out.
