    Horrible customer service. Received an autographed picture bent and creased due to improper packaging. Contacted the seller and they offered 20%. I told the seller I was interested in a damaged photo. Seller proceeds to tell me its not on them and I need to contact the postal service. Seller then proceeds to tell me even if they accepted the return they would have to deduct for the damage. Only the shipper can file insurance claims. First and last purchase from this seller.
