      Beware of this Seller!! The "Burberry" scarf was an odd size, and the Burberry tag contains Chinese language and care instructions. Seller's communications were good but misleading. The quality of the scarf was poor, with hidden moth holes. The seller's shipping charges are exorbitant ($39), and the packaging was subpar. Recommend you avoid.

      Dear sorry for your inconvenience, dear as it was preloved and the Chinese writing you are saying it was from the first owner or may be at dry cleaning guy putted there. Rest item was 100% authentic, just had a human mistake that we couldn't noticed the tiny hole which you are talking. So we really do feel sorry for that and do promise that it won't ever happen again. We are only commited to customer's satisfaction and dear we ship fast via DHL and FedEx and there charges are high so again sorry
