The doll was wrapped in blue paper, which colored the face and clothes. The seller refused to compensate, but only offered a refund, which does not suit me due to some life situations. I wasn’t aware of the issue with the clothes, and I offered a refund with the return, though the freight-forwarding service may have complicated things. For the marks, you could try dabbing on some rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide—it might help.
