The issue was that the console lights were not coming on. This part I ordered from SmartAuto semi corrected the problem. Meaning now the console comes on but I have to play with the dimmer knob to make them come on (poor contact maybe) and the left turn signal now stays illuminated even when I'm not using the turn signal. I guess I got what I paid for but will not be looking to order from SmartAuto again.
