I received the racket with a major crack in the upper hoop that affects the structure of the racket as well as leaving the frame warped and unable to be restrung. There were some pictures of the racket but nothing up close and nothing in the description about any cracks or defects. The issue could have clearly been explained and dealt with transparently allowing any buyers to know that there was a serious issue with the frame.
