While the seller was incredibly nice and willing to take it back, the TUMI store wanted to obtain the seller's information and held onto it. I did get it back when the manager came in. The seller sent me a note saying that they did not know AliExpress sold fakes. BIG, BIG RED FLAG. Please think twice before you buy. I am going to lose out on a refund, but please be cautious when buying from this sell
