      I have contacted the buyer at the time and offered a solution to resolve the issue by attempting to try with another device and to update the firmware of the controller. The Buyer claimed as per his feedback that there "was" a slight issue which means this is now resolved. This feedback should be removed as the buyer problem has been resolved and buyer has closed the case before I can offer a refund / alternative solution
