      The palette is gorgeous and exactly as described. The packaging, however, can use improvement. It came in a padded envelope wrapped in tissue paper, with three of the shimmers smashed. I contacted the seller and sent a picture, and she immediately replied offering a refund. Since I repressed the shimmers and intend to use it, I declined the refund. I think such items should be packed in foamy inserts or bubble wrap and placed in a tight fitted box to minimize damage.
