      Advertised as "new" the Item (Skinceuticals Phyto Masque) arrived with a scratched and dirty top (I could wipe the dirt off) and 1/4 of the product was missing. Clearly it had been opened and used before. I attempted to contact the seller twice but there was no response. Beware!
