I wouldn't call it "renewed" like the title said, there were deep scratches on the inside and the and the labels on the base are faded off. There was heavy limescale on the inside, which needs to be regularly cleaned off in order for it to work properly (so says the manual), but it seems this pot hasn't been cleaned and been used heavily with hard water. It's fine now, I cleaned it with vinegar. I should've spent some more for a new kettle.
