    Had purchase and seller committed to sending me 2 shirts at an agreed price. At the time of purchase there were multiple sellers offering the same shirts at the same price. I received confirmation that seller was packing items. The next day the item became very much in demand and at that time the seller reached out to me and said he no longer has the items he committed to sell me. All other sellers had sold out and I was stuck without the items the seller had committed to sell me.

    There was an issue when the track was distributing the shirts and I ended up getting the wrong number of XL shirts. I had to give the buyers who purchased first the available XLs. Unfortunately this buyer bought at the last minute and I was not able to send him the XL shirt he wanted. I offered to get him another track giveaway for free but I guess that didn't satisfy him. I'm sorry this happened but there was nothing I could do.
