I requested she open a not received case with eBay and she chose to go on a month long vacation and then deal with her lost item dispute. Of course when she returned from her trip, it was outside of eBay’s timeframe and eBay chose not to refund her. I packed her item well, took it to the post office and it made it to New York and then was lost. It’s unfortunate she decided to leave negative feedback & say what she did, only one in over 20years. C’est La vie
