The product was shipped in a thin plastic bag. The product came banged up and damaged. I contacted the seller and the seller usured me that they didn't pack it this way (even though they wouldn't answer my question on how they packed the order). They took forever to respond and told me to contact USPS to deal with this issue. In the end told me to use ebay to figure this out. So I did
