    I shipped the wrong item. As soon as I found out, I went through eBay to do the return and sent the buyer a prepaid shipping label. Buyer took 10 days to ship the item out... As soon as I received I refunded the buyer. Asked buyer to revise the feedback they left because it's unfair. I held their hand through the process, even telling them where to go to file the claim that the item was not as described. I did everything per eBay policy. The initial mistake was mine, but I fixed it.
