    Item arrived as noted. The surface type cover stopped working a few days after purchase, and after interaction with seller, was told to process faulty HW support from Microsoft directly. It was quite a cumbersome affair, and effort to resolve issues is not worth the few pennies you save buying from resellers. the service is good if everything works as designed, but unfortunately that will not always be the case, and when that happens after sales service just sucks

    The most frustrating thing about this exchange is that it took a month from the time I ordered it to when it showed up at my door. It is advertised as a new in the box coffee maker. What arrived was in a box with graphics of the coffee maker, but in black-white, different from a normal store, almost as if it’s seconds from the factory. The price was a little reduced from full retail, but not much. I have not used it yet, but the ordering experience was not positive.
