What does this seller expect posting not 1 but 2 large heavy heat packs in a paper envelope (luckily Royal Mail raised this issue before I even knew about it. Then reordered again asking seller to wrap this time securely in a BOX. Seller contacted me TWICE saying this has been noted but AGAIN HE SENDS THEM IN A BAG, RIPPED OPEN, RAIN SODDEN & DIRTY. The quality of the product was reduced, the value was poorer and its appearance was not as described by the photo (although now the supplier has changed the photo). i would NEVER use this supplier again, nor recomend them to others, please BEWARE.
