The product was well packed and there was both bubble wrap and around the silverware box and paper packing materials within the box and outside of the bubble wrap around the item within the shipping box. One of the utensils was a different pattern. Otherwise, it was as described. It goes very well with the pattern. I am happy with the price. Very pleased with my purchase! Thank you!
