Test Drive Off-Road 3 comes storming onto the PlayStation hot on the heels of it's Test Drive brethren. It features 27 fully licensed off-road vehicles, 11 realistically modeled tracks such as Vermont, Fuji, and New Orleans, and a hard rocking soundtrack that includes Eve 6, Blink 182, Incubus, and Girls Against Boys!<br><br>There are a few different gameplay options including the Arcade, Two-Player, and World Tour modes. Broken into three different sections, the World Tour is a full driving season much like NASCAR 2000. Players start off by purchasing a vehicle within the limits of the bankroll (30,000 credits) and begin a quest for glory! By finishing in fourth place or higher, you'll be awarded with extra credits.<br><br>Credits are important as you'll be able to modify your vehicle or save up for a new one. Modifications come in the areas of engine, suspension, tires, and special. In each modification category, there are a variety of different selectable options including turbo boosts, torque tweaking, and speed packages. The key is to figure out which package goes with which race and modify your vehicle accordingly.<br><br>The Arcade mode is simply a single race on one track. Because there's only a few selectable courses at the beginning of the game, players must compete and do well in the World Tour; this will unlock new tracks. Additionally, two friends can engage in a heated split-screen battle with the Two-Player mode.<br><br>From the Options menu, players are able to configure the controller layout, turn checkpoints on or off, switch the speedometer from MPH to KPH, and change the difficulty settings. This is where you'll conduct your memory card management, as well!<br><br>Test Drive Off-Road 3's main draw comes from its title; rather than focusing on set tracks, each setting is based on off-road racing. This means you'll be left alone to discover the best path to the victory lane. Once you figure that out, you'll be on your way to the championship! Good luck -- you're going to need it!

    The shipping was prompt and it was packed well, the item was better than shown, the box looked like it could have just come from a store in the 80s, the manual and Atari Catalog were immaculate, the game cartage shows a little age with the stickers glue, but not near as bad as others of this age.
