    The listing was erroneous in its description. We used Google image search to identify the knife and twice it matched a listing calling it sterling. The mistake was ours and was never intended to mislead anyone. However, the problem is, the buyer NEVER contacted us about the error or requested a return. The item just appeared in the mail, no explanation. After he finally messaged us, we refunded him within 20 minutes. We did NOT refuse a refund because he didn't ask. His feedback is unfair!
