I have had several of these in the past, this has the latest firmware (by comparison) and updated USBc. Works perfectly, as described. As a side note, be mindful that this is not a Garmin or otherwise, these are cheap and work very well for what they are, but I wouldn't use them if my life depended on it, common sense prevails. I use these in radio control planes and cars for direction arrow to return to home point. I am very happy!
