I was told that it was encased in peanuts but the box was caving in and there were hardly any peanuts in the box. Parts were missing and I was told to dig around in the box and I may find them if it was packaged well I wouldn’t have that issue. The condition of the mixer was not great at all and the photos were very misleading. Not worth the price at all. There was nasty dirtiness just gunked up inside where the knobs go and it made the knobs difficult to move.
