They were wrapped in paper and one had the paper form insert and one did not. There were minor scuff marks on the heels that were probably from rubbing together during shipping. They did arrive extremely fast however, so I will give them that.

They are labeled as 9.5. They fit like a 10. I have a few other pairs of Clarke shoes and they are well made but a little large.These are way too large. I gave them to a friend. I have come to the conclusion from my experience and also after investigating online, Clarke shoes tend to run a little large. This is in NO way the sellers fault. Excellent seller!
