Slow to respond, made false claims , that my request to upgrade postage to express and billed to my pay pal was against ebays policy ( selling out side of ebay). The changed it to it was too late as it was sent, yet all he did was create a label. Then after he couldn’t be bothered to replay after almost 3 days, the seller wouldn’t leave it alone and resorted to being a smart arse . Like i said , i will never buy from this store again
