On the plus side, the new book I ordered was well-priced and - when it eventually arrived - was well-packed and in pristine condition. The problem is that I ordered it on 28 June...and it arrived on 15 August. To be fair, the listing did indicate a delivery time of 4 weeks. . .but 6 weeks is hardly acceptable even if the company is simply a platform or items cheaply sourced from all over the world. So top marks for the item itself, but null points for logistics.
